Paul’s life to date includes a very impressive list of achievements: internationally renowned chef with more than 25 years experience in USA, NZ, and Australia and including 5 years as Executive Chef at the Hotel Grand Chancellor in Hobart; Leader of Casey Research Station in Antarctica; and Director of major festivals including the Australian Antarctic Midwinter Festival (for 5 years); Taste of Tasmania (2 years) and the Australian Wooden Boat Festival (9 years).
