Episode 33: David Moreno (IMAS)
Dr David Moreno, Research Fellow at the Taroona laboratories of the Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies, University of Tasmania, is Craig's interview guest in this episode. David relates his path to his current position, from growing up in Mexico City, an undergraduate degree and Honours at James Cook University in Queensland (including a six month semester on the Galapagos Islands), on to a PhD at University of Tasmania investigating the biology and ecology of Spiny dogfish (shark) in Macquarie Harbour in SW Tasmania. He is currently a member of IMAS's Salmon Environmental Interactions Team. You will also hear David talk of his passion for science communication.
